**Job Opportunity:** Test Driver for Autonomous Vehicle Systems

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and testing vehicle safety and automation features, including collecting data and providing feedback on the performance of advanced driver-assistance technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate/test vehicles equipped with ADAS technology on various predefined and undefined routes in different environmental conditions
  • Monitor and evaluate ADAS performance, including lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, and other automated driving features
  • Conduct manual and autonomous driving tests while ensuring safety and compliance with testing protocols
  • Log test data, report anomalies, and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency with laptop applications (i.e., spreadsheets, word processing)
  • Experience using handheld devices and touchscreen smartphones
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Occasional standing, walking, and long periods of sitting
  • Ability to use hands to handle devices, feel controls, and communicate effectively
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

**Requirements:** Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old, possess a valid driver's license and strong vision.

**Work Environment:** Most work is accomplished outdoors in a vehicle.
