Tender Officer Job Summary

This position supports tender processes, contract negotiations, and freight agreements to optimize outcomes for ANL and the group. This role monitors tender results, analyzes performance data, and coordinates with the commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Policy Management through Global Business Systems and agency networks
  • Scheduling and compilation of working procedures for active global account customers
  • Maintenance of regional/global accounts database
  • Regular progress reports to Global, agency, state, and commercial managers on tenders received, progress of tenders, and final results

Requirements:

  • Experience within the container shipping industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced skills in Excel (including spreadsheet databases) and PowerPoint
  • Broad understanding of ANL business and systems
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including legal obligations mandated by laws and regulations
