Service Superintendent - Conveyors

We are seeking an experienced Service Superintendent to join our Client's service branch in Kalgoorlie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Service Branch, including workshop services, mechanical field services, and conveyor belt maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective management and guidance to the mechanical and belt splicing/rubber lining teams.
  • Investigate customer complaints and ensure quality, tolerance, and specifications are met.
  • Ensure the branch reaches set targets, including financial and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure all company OH&S policies and procedures are met.
  • Provide technical liaison services between product divisions, sales personnel, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with conveyor belt systems.
  • Significant experience managing or supervising a mining related service operation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read and analyse financial and operational reports.
