We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreperson to join our team in Victoria, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing daily operations, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of work scopes. • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of work scopes.
• Coordinate with site coordinators and general superintendents to ensure smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics to inform project planning and execution.
• Lead and instruct apprentices and journeypersons to ensure their development and growth within the company.
• Ensure compliance with company OHS policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines.

• Red-Seal Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical Contracting.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical contracting, with a strong background in multi-family residential and commercial sectors.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid Class B FSR or higher is an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of CEC and commercial/residential construction experience required.
