Excellent Customer Service Skills Required

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our trade retail storefront team as a key member in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:- You will represent the trade network and deliver on commitments to safety and customer service excellence.
- Aid in cost management strategies through maintaining high productivity, efficient usage of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials.
- Uphold appropriate levels of housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a professional appearance.
- Collaborate with national teams to ensure procedures and transactional actions are followed through.
- Participate in creating a zero-harm work environment for our customers and team.
- A current Class C Driver Licence or higher.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential. We can support you in obtaining one if needed.
- Previous experience working in a Trade Retail environment or another relevant area is beneficial.
