**Job Role:** Handyperson (Casual)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our Maintenance Team on a casual basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings of the Hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Carry out routine maintenance tasks as scheduled by the property's Property Management System.
* Assist in keeping up-to-date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment.
* Liaise with supervisors/managers/contractors regarding all work in guest rooms and public areas to ensure that out-of-order areas of the hotel are brought back into use as soon as possible.
* Complete daily plant rounds and note any equipment that may appear or sound faulty for prompt attention.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in a maintenance role is essential.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to liaise with colleagues and contractors.
* Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
