Customer Communication Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Customer Communication Manager to lead customer communication initiatives and support key insurance projects across the Group and Retail space.

This role is critical in managing customer communications, developing creative and solution-focused messaging, and working collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing customer communications, excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver to tight deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Support Senior Manager AIA Vitality Marketing to onboard key superannuation fund clients to access AIA Vitality
  • Develop and execute customer marketing communication plans with external superannuation fund stakeholders
  • Lead the integration of AIA Vitality health and wellbeing program in Bancassurance distribution channel
  • Plan and execute all AIA Vitality updates that need to be made to support Bancassurance product
  • Support Retail Advised 2025/26 initiatives, including deeper integration between traditional insurance products and AIA Vitality

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a Customer Marketing or Communication Manager role preferably within insurance or wider financial services industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging, influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong creative judgement and ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly messaging
