Job Description

Digital Health Analysts play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of public health, leading the largest change in Australia's history.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical experts design and implement digital solutions.
  • Program/Project Leads and team members define processes and requirements with support from Digital Health Analysts.
  • Documentation is maintained accurately during design discussions.
  • Existing application designs are reviewed to inform recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Technical support documentation is created, and digital health solution designs are enhanced.
  • Clinical and build experience informs system design and configuration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise and a solid background in Community healthcare settings.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management) or extensive experience in Public Health.
  • Understanding of health processes, workflows, and models of care.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
