Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Superstar to join our team at Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq, Holey Moley & Hijinx Hotel in Surfers Paradise, QLD. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with our staff to create a fun and welcoming environment, and contributing to the overall success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our venue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to create a fun and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
  • Event Hosting: Host a range of events, including hen's and buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events, ensuring that every event is tailored to the specific needs of our guests.
  • Bar Service: Work in our bar, serving creative cocktails and delicious food to our guests.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to deliver the ultimate Funlab experience, ensuring that every guest leaves our venue feeling satisfied and eager to return.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is essential.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and nights, including evenings and public holidays.
  • RSA Certificate: A valid RSA certificate is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.
  • Attitude and Enthusiasm: A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.
