About Our Company
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
Job Overview- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare and process orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
- Support the implementation of process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with order processing systems or CRM software (desirable).
