Lead Project Manager Position

Cit is seeking a dynamic and experienced senior delivery manager to lead our digital transformation projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring the successful delivery and growth of major engagements, working closely with technologists and account managers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for clients, crafting strong relationships and translating needs into actionable delivery plans.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects and account managers to align client objectives with Cit capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead QBRs, PMOs, and related activities to ensure milestones are met and exceeded.
  • Pre-Sales Activities: Dedicate time to securing new engagements through proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and inspire project management teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Web/Digital Projects: Extensive experience with large-scale web and digital projects.
  • Data Engagements: Experience with significant data-related projects or end-to-end engagements (web to data to cloud) is a plus.
  • AI Engagements: Experience in integrating AI solutions within client engagements.
  • Agile Development: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Technology Background: Solid technology background for effective communication on technical aspects.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years in project delivery management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.
  • Location: Based in Sydney with ability to work from Cit offices 3-4 times per week.
