Job Description: The Senior Delivery Manager oversees end-to-end delivery from planning to execution of squads within the Data and AI team. The role involves working closely with other teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies and timelines, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring projects stay on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery of Data and AI projects and features.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, big room planning, SoS).
  • Identify, manage, and resolve impediments and obstacles.
  • Manage dependencies and timelines across teams and departments.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Promote best practices in delivery management.
  • Support squads to achieve their goals.
  • Develop delivery and project plans with appropriate governance.
  • Coach teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a Senior Iteration or Delivery Manager.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, DevOps, MIRO.
  • Agile certifications.

Desirable: Experience in media industry, large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, ETL, machine learning, or AI development. Familiarity with capacity planning, resource allocation, and project management for digital/data solutions. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. Agile coaching certification is a plus.
