Job Title: Strategic Delivery Lead

 

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices for delivery with senior managers to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project status, timelines, and milestones.
  • Schedule management: Define and manage activities and deliverables to meet project objectives.
  • Resource management: Source and induct skilled resources to support project requirements.
  • Financial management: Manage project costs and forecast accurately to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Change management: Proactively manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule to minimize disruptions.
  • Risks and issues management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Scope management: Ensure all in-scope tasks and activities are completed to meet project objectives.
  • Stakeholder management: Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Reporting: Ensure all elements of the project are delivered in accordance with relevant processes and standards.
Favorable Skills or Experience
  • Masters in planning and prioritization of complex initiatives to ensure effective project management.
  • Experience working within complex technology ecosystems to leverage knowledge and skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to respond to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage stakeholders.
  • Able to facilitate and lead workshops and innovation sessions to drive project momentum.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong vendor management skills to negotiate and manage external partnerships.
  • Strong matrix management skills to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams.
