About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RSL LifeCare in Coffs Harbour. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing clinical care in the home environment and supporting them to stay living in their own homes and connected to their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences.
  • Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered.
  • Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers, and authorised representatives.
  • Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required.

About You:

  • We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of our clients.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You will also have the ability to work efficiently, optimising the use of technology within your role and prioritising your time effectively across your caseload.
