At The Shoreline, we're committed to providing exceptional resident-focused care. As a qualified Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care in areas such as s8, insulin, and warfarin checks, medication management, best practice wound care, and pathology management.

About the Role:

This Enrolled Nurse position involves providing services designed to promote dignity, choice, and independence for our residents. You'll work within your full scope of clinical ability, issuing medications, performing physical assessments and observations, and completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional resident-focused care in accordance with established care plans
  • Work effectively with the clinical team to deliver day-to-day care and lifestyle support
  • Issue medications and perform physical assessments and observations as required
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Contribute to and implement care plans as formulated in collaboration with RNs
  • Evaluate the progress of residents based on identified care needs and report outcomes
  • Participate in the admission and transition of care for residents
  • Deliver care in accordance with the needs, goals, and preferences of residents

About You:

We're looking for an Enrolled Nurse with a proven track record of compassion and kindness. You'll be motivated by the opportunity to contribute to bettering the life of our aged care residents and driven to be a part of a facility that aims to set a new standard. Requirements include an Enrolled Nurse qualification, the ability to operate independently with a high level of initiative, and excellent communication skills.
