We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with expertise in recruitment strategies, talent identification, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet business objectives
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Evaluate resumes and cover letters, conducting thorough interviews to identify the most suitable candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on candidate selection
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate records
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist in supply chain logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality
