Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of LV mechanics and apprentices, fostering growth and development.
  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and productivity levels remain high.
  • Promote exceptional customer service, adhering to RAC's quality standards and providing a seamless member experience.
  • Coordinate workflow efficiently, maintaining compliance with safety procedures and best practices.
  • Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise as a Qualified Automotive Technician with a strong background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
  • Possess a valid C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence.
  • Showcase comprehensive leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • Exhibit effective prioritization, workload management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
