Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of cleaners to deliver high-standard cleaning services across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring daily tasks are completed on time and to scope, as well as supporting the Cleaning Operations Supervisor in maintaining service standards and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members, including hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain service quality.
  • Cleanliness Standards: Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned sites, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to scope.
  • Site Coverage: Ensure adequate shift coverage, including stepping in when needed, and manage cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to the Cleaning Operations Supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a small team (leadership experience highly regarded). Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment is advantageous. This position requires Australian working rights and the successful candidate must complete a Police Check and a Working with Children's Check.
