Lead Early Childhood Educator

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a centre leader. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional who can guide and support our staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education.

  • Driving team engagement through positive leadership and coaching, ensuring all policies and procedures are practiced across the Centre.
  • Providing regular updates to families and management about the educational program and the learning and development of individual children through various communication means.
  • Guiding the Self-Assessment Process and supporting the development of Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Managing all day-to-day aspects of administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership skills to provide direction, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Proven ability in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development, and training.
  • Experience in Assessment and Rating, including self-assessment and Quality Improvement Plan development.
  • Knowledge of the service requirements of the CCS system.
  • Thorough understanding of Early Learning Frameworks such as the EYLF, NQS, QKLG, and relevant legislative requirements.

  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Qualification.
