About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven retailer to join our team as a Stock Assistant at our Canberra Central store. This role will support the management team in driving sales, leading a team, and achieving operational excellence while playing an integral part in the store's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in-store with premium products
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Ensure efficient opening and closing of stores, including late-night trades
  • Support management in leading the team and maintaining in-store operations
  • Process large volumes of stock accurately and efficiently
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders promptly
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers
Requirements
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding shopping experience
  • Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
