Senior Salesforce Developer Role

We seek an experienced professional to lead the technical strategy for our Salesforce Service Cloud and Loyalty Management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Cloud, solution architecture, and leadership. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring high system performance and user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions focusing on Service Cloud and Loyalty Management
  • Manage Level 3/4 support, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to security, compliance, and patching standards
  • Oversee development of customizations (Apex, Lightning, automation flows), third-party integrations, and data integrity
  • Mentor team members, promoting best practices and innovation
