Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and service for our capital equipment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Plan and install equipment to meet customer needs.\
  • Support trials of products and collaborate with vendors and customers.\
  • Perform service, maintenance, and upgrades of products.\
  • Maintain detailed databases on equipment location, serial numbers, calibration, and preventative maintenance scheduling.\
  • Develop strong relationships with and service key customer groups.\
  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers on capital products.\
  • Comply with industry standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical or related field, or Business area experience is essential.\
  • Good Technical/Clinical/Scientific knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites.\
  • Ability to make decisions and provide feedback under pressure.\
