  • Manage a portfolio of high-risk claims with full decision-making responsibility.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with injured colleagues to personalise support and monitor recovery progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring interactions to individual needs and acting as a key escalation point.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, Workplace Relations, and other teams to deliver integrated, people-first solutions.
