Airport Planner Position

We are seeking an experienced airport planner to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a strong background in airport planning and experience with AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the development of airport infrastructure plans
  • To work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in airport planning, engineering, architecture, or transport
  • AutoCAD/MicroStation expertise in a design role
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Exemplary time management and organizational skills
  • Strong research skills and ability to collate and concisely communicate key findings
Desirable Requirements
  • CAD 3D experience
  • Working knowledge of graphic tools such as MSOffice, Adobe CS, and 3D software
  • Experience in airside planning at airports (airfield and aprons)
  • Terminal planning at airports

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in airport planning, engineering, architecture, or transport, as well as expertise in AutoCAD/MicroStation in a design role. Strong research skills and the ability to collate and concisely communicate key findings are also required.

In addition to the requirements listed above, CAD 3D experience, working knowledge of graphic tools, and experience in airside planning at airports (airfield and aprons) and terminal planning at airports would be highly desirable.
