Melba Support Services is seeking a skilled House Supervisor to lead our residential care team in Sale, Victoria.

As a key member of our Outcomes team, you will work closely with people we support, their families, and staff to ensure the highest level of care and support.

You will be responsible for supervising the operations of our Supported Independent Living service, managing team performance, and leading support for people with disabilities within their home and community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the operations of the Supported Independent Living service
  • Managing team performance, including rosters, performance management, and records management
  • Leading support for people with disabilities within their home and community
  • Supporting initiatives that promote individual choice, control, and independence
  • Advocating for inclusion, participation, and respect for rights for supported people
  • Conveying information to people we support and their families to meet daily needs and plan support
