About the Role

Melba Support Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate House Supervisor to lead our team in Sale, Victoria.

As a key member of our Outcomes team in Gippsland, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services in one of our residential homes, working closely with people we support, their families, and staff to ensure exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operations of the Supported Independent Living service, providing regular reports to the Operations Manager
  • Manage team performance, including rosters, performance management, records management, quality, and compliance
  • Lead and plan support for people with disabilities within their home and community, based on individual support plans
  • Support initiatives promoting individual choice, control, and independence within the shared home environment
  • Advocate for inclusion, participation, and respect for rights for supported people in the broader community
  • Communicate with people we support and their families to meet daily needs and plan future support requirements
  • Administer medication treatments, therapies, or seek assistance according to protocols
