About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team in Adelaide. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for 109 employees on a fixed fortnightly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure employee data remains accurate
- Generate reports and provide detailed information for audits and internal reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll processing
- Proven knowledge of payroll related legislation, payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance
- High level of customer service and ability to review existing processes to identify and implement process improvements
