Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for 109 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure employee data remains accurate
- Generate reports and provide detailed information for audits and internal reviews
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll related legislation, tax regulations, and compliance. You will also need excellent customer service skills and the ability to review existing processes to identify and implement improvements.
