Our eCommerce Planning Team is looking for a skilled professional to design and build KPI reports and dashboards that provide accurate performance insights. The ideal candidate will be able to automate reporting processes, extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building eCommerce KPI reports and dashboards

  • Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights

About You

Strong capability in working with data and advanced Excel is required. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, performance metrics, and digital analytics is necessary. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are also essential.

Excellent communication skills are required to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
