A challenging position has become available for a skilled Registered Nurse to lead and mentor a team of clinicians.
This role involves coordinating consultative approaches to resident care planning, reviewing Aged Care Funding Instrument data, monitoring nursing practice procedures, and overseeing resident/client documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
About the Role- Lead and mentor a team of clinicians in providing exceptional care to residents.
- Develop and implement consultative approaches to resident care planning.
- Review and analyze Aged Care Funding Instrument data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practice procedures and clinical programs.
