Key Responsibilities- Conduct and manage complex workplace investigations, providing compliance and enforcement services to reduce harm and improve support for injured or ill workers in ACT workplaces.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team, identifying areas of improvement and contributing to internal projects for continuous team and organisational development.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call and telephone roster when required, and undergo a pre-employment police check.
- Diploma of Government (Investigations) or equivalent, or ability to complete within 12 months of commencement.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in investigations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
