**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers receive personalized service and support, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue.
  • Coordinate events such as birthday parties, group functions, and other activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent quality standards.
  • Supervise and train staff, equipping them with knowledge about services and attractions.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including cash handling, game maintenance, and cleanliness responsibilities.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or entertainment industries.
  • Strong customer service skills and genuine passion for creating positive experiences for families and children.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, public holidays, and school holidays.
