Nurse Educator Role
As a Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for delivering nursing education and training in various settings within the health sector. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing education programs across multiple contexts.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing nursing/midwifery education programs tailored to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating with teams to support the development of innovative approaches to practice and improve patient outcomes.

Key Selection Criteria
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current NSW Driver's License.
- Holding relevant post-registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in developing practice and effective leadership skills, including communication, facilitation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
