About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RSL LifeCare in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, delivering clinical care in the home environment and supporting them to stay living in their home and connected to their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes, ensuring thorough assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered.
  • Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences.
  • Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers, and authorised representatives.
  • Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required.

About You:

  • You have a demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the best possible client experience and teamwork.
  • You are able to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
  • You have a current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.
  • You have a current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured, and road-worthy motor vehicle.
