You will provide clinical leadership, support, and mentoring to our care team, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.
Facilitating input from residents, their families, our team, and internal and external health professionals, you will enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents.
We currently have Casual, Part-time, and Full-time opportunities, with various shifts available across a fortnightly roster, for Registered Nurses to join our team.
What You Bring- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
