Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers and technical experts, providing guidance and direction to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client expectations and exceed quality standards.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of urban development engineering designs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster effective communication and cooperation.
  • Champion the involvement and inclusion of diverse teams and disciplines to ensure a seamless and integrated service offering.
Requirements
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering, and have extensive experience in urban development design.
  • Have a strong understanding of industry standards and technical knowledge, with a minimum of ten years of experience in the NSW urban development market.
  • Be able to provide technical expertise and direction through consultative support and effective communication to teams.
  • Have experience leading, managing, mentoring, and developing large to medium-scale project teams.
  • Be able to work effectively in multi-discipline teams and project teams on major complex projects across various market sectors.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
