Sales and Business Development Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Australian market, developing strong relationships with clients and driving growth. As a member of our global Sales Team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to implement sales strategies tailored to the local market, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their challenges, ambitions, and needs.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to RFPs and contract negotiations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas by converting qualified leads and expanding our presence in the market.
- Create compelling presentations, lead product demonstrations (online and in person), and clearly communicate the value of Scaler's solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging insights to differentiate Scaler's offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or proven experience in product management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales-related roles within B2B SaaS, ESG, or technology-driven industries.
- Experience with ESG, real estate, or environmental solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to quantify opportunities and guide decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking, particularly in high-stakes negotiations.
