Trainer/Instructor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to empower the next generation of tradespeople as a trainer/instructor in air-conditioning, refrigeration, and appliance services.

As a trainer/instructor, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions that cater to the needs of apprentices. Your role will involve guiding students as they build confidence and hands-on skills in air-conditioning, refrigeration, and appliance services.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in air-conditioning and refrigeration, along with relevant industry experience and certifications such as Refrigerant Handling License and Restricted Electrical License.

Additionally, the successful candidate must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) or be willing to obtain it.

A strong communication, time management, and mentoring skills are essential for this role, along with a proactive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
