About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at one of our medical imaging clinics. As a key member of our diagnostic services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Booking patient appointments via phone and electronic methods
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Attending to patient booking requests in an efficient and responsive manner
- Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to positively interact with patients and referrers
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and meeting strict deadlines
- Competent data entry skills and high-level attention to detail
- High level verbal and written communication skills
