As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of our organisation's maintenance management system.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing maintenance teams across a complex organisational structure. You will oversee maintenance performed by internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring that activities are correctly conducted, certified, and recorded.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with approved maintenance management and workplace health and safety systems. They must also plan, schedule, and manage maintenance requirements and requests in accordance with program priorities.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of process execution, and advanced understanding of radio and information communication systems. Substantial experience working at a management level within a complex integrated team project environment is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Engineering - Advanced Trade or Technical
  • Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years relevant experience.
  • Practical knowledge of leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills specifically within radio and information communication systems with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organisation.
  • Substantial experience working at a management level within a complex integrated team project environment.
