Precinct Operations and Maintenance Expert

The role is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of precinct operations and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments.
- Implementing quality management systems and environmental health and safety protocols in accordance with company policies.
- Providing financial management support, including control account manager (CAM) responsibilities and budget oversight.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Adhering to company expectations regarding professional workplace behavior.
Candidates must have experience supervising a team comprising various trade professions, advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background, and a diploma in information technology, telecommunications, electronics, or engineering in a related field. A negative vetting level 1 security clearance is also required.
