We are seeking a capable team leader to oversee our day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving success in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff and coordinating daily tasks
  • Serving customers with a smile and using the POS system
  • Maintaining a positive and productive team environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals

The successful candidate will be a people person with excellent communication skills, able to think on their feet and work well under pressure.

They will also possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, motivate staff, and make informed decisions.
