Senior Security Posture Management Lead

As a seasoned security expert, you will spearhead our enterprise-wide Secure Configuration Management (SCM) control capability. This entails defining and deploying secure baselines across all major asset classes, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance to Technology Crew Leads and Product Owners in developing the roadmap for Security Configuration Management, Cloud Security Posture Management, SaaS Security Posture Management, and API Vulnerability Management capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain control standards and guidelines to align with industry standards, technology strategy, and threat intelligence.
  • Govern compliance with Security Configuration Management control requirements within the organization.
  • Support the CTO and CIO in achieving their goals through effective collaboration.

For this role, we are interested in candidates with experience in ASD ISM, NIST, CIS, and Essential Eight mitigation strategies. Familiarity with vulnerability prioritization frameworks like CVSS and EPSS is also essential. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with policy compliance and security posture tools, including Qualys and Wiz.
  • Skilled in endpoint hardening and cloud service security.
  • Strong understanding of system security principles and automation for continuous compliance and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze threat intelligence, identify risks, prioritize vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigations.
