About the Role

We're looking for an experienced leader who can develop and implement effective teaching strategies, lead a team of educators, and collaborate with industry partners to deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach curricula that align with industry needs and standards.
  • Lead a team of educators to achieve exceptional student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to design and deliver relevant training programs.
  • Maintain technical currency in the discipline through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Certificate III or higher qualification in Horticulture, Landscape Construction, or Parks and Gardens.
  2. Appropriate subject knowledge, skills, and vocational qualifications in the discipline.
  3. Meet the selection criteria outlined in the position description.
  4. Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  5. Evidence of successful completion of an approved program of teacher education or an acceptable teaching qualification.
