Visual Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for executing visual merchandise in line with brand standards and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan floor moves with store managers to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining brand standards.
  • Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.
  • Support store teams by assisting with training and development needs related to visual merchandising.
  • Build relationships with key personnel, providing training on visual merchandising standards as needed.
  • Style mannequins and focal areas according to visual merchandising direction, ensuring consistency with top of shelf displays.
  • Maintain a focus on merchandising for profit, ensuring merchandising decisions drive business results.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously as required.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a comparable visual merchandising role, both in-store and apparel-based divisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills to understand the business and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation.
