Key Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic insights and expert advice on all facets of the sports infrastructure project.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to pinpoint and assess potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Formulate and execute effective project management strategies to guarantee the successful delivery of the project.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Evaluate project plans, designs, and technical specifications to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to boost project efficiency.
- Deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to senior management and project sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as an Advisory Consultant or in a similar capacity, particularly in sports infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and standards relevant to sports facilities construction.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
