Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead our dynamic team of enrolment specialists, driving occupancy across our network of centres and coaching team members to deliver exceptional parent experiences. They'll set performance targets, support each team member to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align on occupancy goals and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the enrolment team
  • Coach team members on enquiry conversion, objection handling, and follow-up strategies
  • Set and monitor performance targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Marketing and Operations teams
  • Report on conversion data and identify areas for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in education or service-based industries
  • Minimum 3 years' experience coaching or leading a team
  • Results-oriented leader who thrives on targets and brings out the best in others
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, empathy, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
