Business Development Trainee

This role presents an excellent chance to acquire and refine business skills in a collaborative and highly regarded team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend the workplace within agreed hours and submit accurate documentation on time as required by the Program Coordinator.
- Complete all required theory and practical assessment tasks under the traineeship program.
- Provide administrative support including recording keeping, filing systems, responding to general enquiries and telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Participate in group workshops, training events, and professional development activities directed by the SQW Program Coordinator.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and workplace instructions.
- Engage in on-the-job training.
Trainees will pursue a Certificate I in Workplace Skills as part of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work Program. This opportunity is ideal for learning business skills and growing confidence while working in a collaborative team.
Essential Criteria- Must have completed year 10 of secondary school.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in working in a business setting.
- Show ability to work effectively within a team and interact with diverse individuals.
- Display a positive attitude.
