Logistics Support Specialist

We provide timely and responsive support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in transport operations.
Our team plays a key role in supporting day-to-day PC+ transport operations by influencing relationships with carrier partners, managing exceptions for customers, and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively address transport-related queries and concerns.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, chats, and other mediums in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
- Manage non-standard operational requirements for customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer support and/or operational supply chain roles with understanding of transport processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in intermediate Excel or Google Sheets.
