As we continue to innovate and expand our product range, we're looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Instructions and QA Specialist to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and ease of assembly.

**Role Overview**:
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Graphic Designer to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly assembly instructions for our range of sim racing and flight simulator products. You'll physically assemble products to validate these manuals, ensuring every step is correct and easy to follow. Additionally, you'll play a key part in our quality assurance (QA) process by identifying product improvements and potential issues, helping us deliver the best possible experience to our customers. You will also assist the marketing team with putting products online and confirming their accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Graphic Designer to develop high-quality, easy-to-follow assembly manuals for Trak Racer products.
- Physically assemble products to verify the accuracy and clarity of instructions.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, missing steps, or areas for improvement in the manuals.
- Collaborate with the Product Development and QA teams to test new products and provide feedback on design and assembly processes.
- Contribute to quality assurance by identifying product issues and suggesting enhancements.
- Assist the marketing team with uploading products online and ensuring all product information is accurate.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Trak Racer's standards for professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technical writing, product assembly, QA, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in sim racing, flight simulation, or gaming hardware (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with CAD drawings or technical illustrations is a plus.
